New study reveals that of those patients who rejected transplanted corneal grafts (the tissue at the front of the eye), the rejection occurred shortly after a Covid vaccination.
More than 95% of eyes (22/23 eyes) that experienced the transplant rejection did so within 3 weeks of vaccination. 2 of these rejected their transplants after vaccination even though the transplants had occurred over 20 years ago without any significant problems until they got vaccinated.
